When a new church subscribes to GiftMatch360, they'll have the option to select your church as the one that referred them.

Credit Vests

For annual subscriptions, your $100 credit is issued immediately. For monthly plans, the credit vests after the new church's 3rd payment.

Use Your Credit

Your $100 credit is automatically applied to your next subscription renewal, or you can transfer it to help sponsor another church.

Credit amount: $100 per qualified referral

Important: Referral credits are not cash payouts or sales commissions. They are strictly subscription credits that can be applied toward your church's renewal or transferred to another church. No monetary payment is issued to any referring church. Additionally, if a monthly subscriber cancels before completing 3 payments, the referral credit is not issued.

When a new church visits giftmatch360.org/subscribe.html, there is a field during checkout that asks "Were you referred by a church or organization?" They simply start typing your church name, select it from the dropdown, and your church is recorded as the referrer.

It's that simple — no codes, no forms, no extra steps.

How much is the referral credit?

Is there a limit to how many churches I can refer?

No limit. Refer as many churches as you'd like and earn $100 for each one that subscribes.

When do I receive my credit?

For annual subscribers, immediately. For monthly subscribers, after their 3rd payment (approximately 3 months).

What happens if the church I referred cancels?

If they cancel a monthly plan before 3 payments, the referral is voided and no credit is issued. Annual plan credits are issued immediately and are non-reversible.

How do I use my credits?

Credits are automatically applied to your next subscription renewal. You can also transfer credits to another church from your Admin Dashboard.

Can I refer a church that's already subscribed?

No, the referral field is only available during the initial subscription checkout for new churches.

Is this a sales commission or cash payout?

No. Referral credits are strictly subscription credits applied to your church's renewal or transferred to another church. No cash, check, or monetary payment of any kind is issued to a referring church.
