GIFTMATCH360 SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

GiftMatch360 provides a comprehensive volunteer management platform designed specifically for churches and religious organizations. The service includes spiritual gift assessments, volunteer matching algorithms, ministry coordination tools, member portals, and administrative dashboards.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Annual Subscription: $1,200 for up to 300 members (one-time payment)

Monthly Subscription: $125/month for up to 300 members (12-month commitment, $1,500 total)

Additional Capacity: $150 per block of 50 members (annual) OR $12.50/month per block (monthly)

Subscription Period: 12 months from activation date

Monthly Commitment: Monthly subscriptions require a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation is not available. Payments will automatically stop after 12 payments - no renewal required.

Instant Access: Your account is automatically created upon payment confirmation. You'll receive login credentials via email within minutes and can start using GiftMatch360 immediately.

Renewal: Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days notice. Monthly subscriptions end after 12 payments.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Annual: Payment is due in full upon subscription.

Monthly: First payment is due immediately, followed by 11 monthly payments charged automatically to your payment method.

All subscription fees are non-refundable after your account has been activated and access credentials have been provided, except as required by law.

4. USE LICENSE

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GiftMatch360 for one church organization. The license permits unlimited users within your church for the duration of your subscription. Your church data remains your property.

5. MEMBER CAPACITY

Your subscription includes capacity for a specific number of church members. You may purchase additional capacity in blocks of 50 members at any time. If your membership grows beyond your current capacity, you will need to purchase additional blocks to continue adding new members.

6. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

Your subscription includes email support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time), regular platform updates and improvements, data backup and security, and technical assistance for platform-related issues.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

We protect your church's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely on Google's infrastructure. You maintain control over member data access within your organization. We will never share or sell your data to third parties.

8. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice before your renewal date. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will make efforts to improve the service while maintaining core functionality. Price changes for renewals will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GiftMatch360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use GiftMatch360 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, only for legitimate church volunteer management purposes, and not to misuse, hack, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
